Oslo municipality ́s agreement with Mercell on use of Eu-supply expires soon, and this means that the competition must be moved to our new competition tool Artifik. A new competition in Artifik has been created for technical reasons as a negotiated procedure without a prior notice in accordance with the Supply Regulations, and is a continuation of a competition that was started in Eu-supply. About the competition: UKE needs a Service Management tool that shall contribute to comprehensive user support across entities. The agreement shall ensure that UKE and Oslo municipality have a modern and future orientated SMT that supports final users in their meetings with internal services and that gives case officers a user friendly interface. SMV is a central tool for UKE and Oslo kommune, which shall contribute to making everyday life more efficient and continually improve the quality of the work in a future orientated way. UKE would like, via this competition, to also ensure management and maintenance services in accordance with the municipality ́s future needs. Tenderers must have the necessary competence and capacity to ensure that the system provided can be adapted and configured to the different processes and services that the system is intended to cover.
