Oslo Municipality refers to a previous announcement of a market dialogue regarding a solution for time tracking and work planning (Doffin ref. 2026-109991 and Artifik-ID: #5908). Oslo Municipality is well underway with planning the competition. In this context, feedback is requested on the preliminary minimum requirements in the requirement specification. In the attached document, the minimum requirements are listed within the areas below.
