Invitation to market dialogue: ERP 2030Trondheim municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue for the procurement of a new ERP, which shall completely or partly replace the current systems within: finances, accounts, procurement (Unit4 ERP)HR and payroll (Visma Multi) The current contract with Vivicta for ERP (Unit4) expires 31.12.2030, and the plan is for the new system to be put into operation 01.03.2030. An assessment shall also be made as to whether HR and wages shall be included in the procurement. The municipality would therefore like to probe the market in order to ensure a future orientated system that supports our strategic objectives and needs. The answers must be received as soon as possible, and at the latest 2 business days before the 1:1 meeting.
