In connection with the expiry of the current contracts for the operation of regional flights in Northern Norway in the period 1. From 2024 to 31 October 2028 and the operation of the helicopter route Værøy-Bodø in the period 1 August 2024 – 31 October 2028, the Ministry of Transport has started work on new competitions for regional scheduled flights in northern Norway and on the operation of the helicopter route Værøy-Bodø, both with a contract start 1 November 2028. The ministry is currently conducting a hearing of a transport review, cf. the link: Hearing - New competition for regional scheduled flights in Northern Norway from 1 November 2028 - regjeringen.no The Ministry of Transport and Communications invites all potential tenderers, Norwegian and foreign, to a market dialogue at an administrative level, to discuss conditions connected to the coming competition. The objective of the market dialogue is to: • Inform about the coming competitions. • Gather input for the formulation of central competition and contractual conditions.
