Description

The Norwegian Environment Agency c/o Statens naturoppsyn intends to enter into a framework agreement for helicopter services. Statens naturoppsyn would like a dialogue with the market prior to the competition in order to gain insight into relevant systems and the tenderer ́s experiences as a basis for designing an appropriate and competitive procurement. See further description in the dialogue note. We invite tenderers to a digital supplier conference 13.00 - 14.00 Tuesday 18 August 2026.
