Description

The Agency awarded multiple framework service contracts (in Cascade and with Re-opening of Competition) to five contractors (CREATIVOS FREELANCE NETWORK SL, Missing Element spol. s r.o., Netcompany S.A, EWORX YPIRESIES ILEKTRONIKOU EPICHEIREIN ANONYMOS ETAIREIA, NOESIS s.r.o.), which came into force on 28th November 2023, for an amount of €500.000,00 over the maximum allowable period of four years including renewals. This contract is used for the provision of Graphic Design Services. Due to an anticipated higher than forecast use of these FWC’s, it has become apparent that the budget allocated will not be enough to service the needs of the agency for the remaining one year and three months. Within the two years and nine months of this framework contract, a total of €445.114,00 has thus far been consumed, leaving approximately €54.886,00 for the remaining one year and three months.
