The Framework Contract (FWC) EUAA/2024/MLA/OP/0007 for the provision of Temporary Agency Workers (TAW) services has been signed on 12/11/2024 between the EUAA and EMCS Advisory Ltd (Group leader) and Konnekt Search & Selection Co Ltd (Group member) with a maximum ceiling value of EUR 35,426,253.11. Following a review of the historical consumption, current commitments, and projected future needs for TAW services, it has been determined that the existing ceiling will not be sufficient to cover the Agency’s operational requirements for the remaining duration of the contract. The demand for TAW has increased significantly due to the continued need to ensure business continuity, maintain operational capacity, and address evolving workload requirements across the Agency. Based on the latest expenditure projections, the current contract ceiling is expected to be reached before the end of the contract implementation period. In order to ensure uninterrupted access to TAW services and avoid any disruption to critical operations, an increase of the contract ceiling is required. It is therefore necessary to increase the Framework Contract ceiling by approximately 32%, corresponding to an additional amount of EUR 11,767,245,10, calculated as follows: • Current FWC ceiling: EUR 35,426,253.11 • Proposed increase (around 32%): EUR 11,767,245.10 • Revised FWC ceiling: EUR 47,193,498.21 The proposed increase does not alter the nature, scope, purpose, or essential characteristics of the Framework Contract. It solely provides additional financial capacity to accommodate the Agency’s operational needs that have evolved during the implementation of the contract.
