The Global accommodation services 2027 Framework agreement covers global accommodation services and additional services as specified in more detail in Annex 1A "Subject matter" and in the Annex B "Agreement". The Framework agreement is divided into 18 lots (=geographic areas): Lot 1: BRUSSELS EU-institutions - North Lot 2: BRUSSELS EU-institutions - South Lot 3: BRUSSELS City - South Lot 4: BRUSSELS City - North Lot 5: BRUSSELS Airport and NATO Lot 6: BRUSSELS Other areas within Brussels City Area Lot 7: STOCKHOLM City center Lot 8: STOCKHOLM Arlanda Airport area Lot 9: COPENHAGEN City center Lot 10: COPENHAGEN Kastrup Airport area Lot 11: OSLO City center Lot 12: OSLO Gardermoen Airport area Lot 13: LONDON City center Lot 14: LONDON Inner city Lot 15: LONDON Heathrow Airport area Lot 16: PARIS City center Lot 17: PARIS Inner area Lot 18: PARIS Charles de Gaulle Airport area. The offered hotels shall be inside the geographic areas defined in Annex 1B "Tender lots". The tenderer may offer hotel accommodation services for one or several lots. Other kind of partial tenders are not accepted. Within each lot, the tenderer may offer one or several hotels. If the tenderer is selected as a supplier in several lots, Hansel reserves the right to combine these lots into the same Agreement concluded with the supplier. In addition to offering hotel accommodation services in Brussels, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, London and/or Paris, the tenderer may offer hotel accommodation services in the following optional cities: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Bratislava, Frankfurt, Geneva, Lisbon, Luxembourg city, Madrid, Munich, New York, Norfolk, Reykjavik, Riga, Rome, Stavanger, Strasbourg, Tallinn, Valletta, Vienna, Vilnius, Warsaw, Washington D.C. The tenderer can not offer hotel accommodation services only in optional cities. See also Annex C "Offered hotels, agreement rates and discount percentages". THE SCOPE OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS Annex A "Customers" of the Call for Tenders indicates the customers who are entitled to use the Framework agreement. The combined estimated value of all lots and optional cities covered by the Call for Tenders during the contract period is 15 000 000 - 50 000 000 euros (VAT 0 %), including option periods. The maximum value of all lots and optional cities covered by the Call for Tenders is 50 000 000 euros (VAT 0 %). These figures are based on information provided by customers entitled to use the Framework agreement and estimates made by Hansel. The estimated amount of room nights per year for each lot is provided in the lot-specific sections titled “Lot description” in the Call for Tenders and in Annex C "Offered hotels, agreement rates and discount percentages". The estimated amount of room nights for each optional city for the whole agreement term (including the possible option periods) is also provided in Annex C. AGREEMENT TERM The term of the Agreement is two (2) years. Hansel has the right to extend the agreement term by a maximum of two (2) option periods of a maximum of one (1) year each. Hansel also has the right to only make use of the option period with regard to one or some lots. Hansel will notify of the possible exercise or non-exercise of the option period no later than six (6) months before the end of the Agreement. A Service contract may only be concluded during the validity period of the Agreement. A Service contract may remain in force until the expiry of the Agreement. The terms of the Agreement shall apply to the Service contract until its expiry. The terms and conditions of the Agreement shall be applied to all reservations made prior to the termination of the Agreement, provided however, that the date of the accommodation reserved is within three (3) months from the expiry of the Agreement. The Agreement rates shall be applied to all reservations made prior to the termination of the Agreement.
