The objective of the procurement is to ensure that Trondheim municipality has sufficient capacity and competence within construction and construction services. Framework agreements shall be signed within the following categories: * Project management, construction management and project management* Procurements and contract follow-up* Architect services - (ARK)* Architect services - Landscape architect (LARK)* Architect services - Interior architect (IARK)* Engineering design services and reviews* Seriousness, otherwise the tender documentation, annex A General Description, Annex B Services and drafts for a contract for a more detailed description of the competition and the needs within each category. award criteria and contract and call-off terms.
