Description

The objective of this tender is to sign a contract with one contractor to perform cost effectiveness studies and business case analyses for future Offshore Wind Farm sites in the Netherlands. Skills in strategic zoning, energy yield analysis, and cost modelling are essential to support informed financial and planning decisions. The services under this contract will consist of, but not be limited to: • Conduct studies that provide insights into key economic and technical performance indicators of wind farms, such as Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) analyses • Determine the absolute values of the main drivers, specifically the financial components of the wind farm (CAPEX and OPEX) and annual energy production (AEP) • Design and optimization of Offshore Wind Farm layouts and zoning, • Conduct comprehensive analyses of projected energy yields and optimization of the export cable utilization
