Description

Bodø municipality is preparing to procure a new ERP system for finance, accounting, HR and payroll. As a part of the preparation, the municipality would like to hold an external consultation of the draft of competition documents before the competition is announced. The aim of the hearing is to quality assure the tender documents and get the market ́s assessment of requirements, contract terms, price model, implementation model and other guidelines are appropriate, clear and feasible. The hearing is not a part of the actual competition, and input will not involve any obligation for the municipality to change the tender documentation. All input will be assessed together before the documents are completed. We request that any input is submitted by 21.09.2026
