Aan deze aanbesteding kan geen afnameverplichting worden ontleend. De Gemeente heeft geen afnameverplichting en geeft geen omzetgarantie. Wel maximeert de Gemeente de totale omvang van deze Raamovereenkomst (initiële looptijd incl. verlengingsopties) op € 5.000.000,- excl. BTW
