The District Committee in Vestre Aker has asked the administration to examine the market's interest in a possible take over of one or several of the district's municipal nurseries. The market survey is a part of the administration ́s initial work with mapping the possibility room and the consequences of any hand over of one or more nurseries. No final decision has been made on whether to outsource the operation or ownership of the kindergartens. It is, therefore, at the current time unclear whether such a procurement will be implemented. The district committee's mandate for the administration is broad, and there are no limits on the form or extent of any takeover. We would therefore like to examine the market ́s interest in alternatives that range from taking over of one nursery school to taking over all nurseries. It is also desirable to examine the interest in different models for the hand over.
