De afdeling Procedures van LVNL is verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beheren en borgen van procedures binnen de luchtverkeersleiding. In het kader van compliance aan wet- en regelgeving migreren wij onze bestaande cross reference lijsten (momenteel in Excel) naar een nieuw systeem: CARMA. We beginnen hierbij met Europese wet- en regelgeving. Dit systeem stelt ons in staat om compliance op een gestructureerde en traceerbare manier te registreren en te monitoren. Wij zoeken een ervaren ATM- en AIM-expert die tijdelijk externe ondersteuning kan bieden om: Te controleren of alle Europese regelgeving en referenties correct zijn overgezet van Excel naar CARMA. Te controleren of alle regels uit de vigerende Europese wet- en regelgeving in CARMA staat. Per regel de compliance-status te verifiëren en te beoordelen of de onderliggende bewijsvoering actueel en valide is. De bewijsvoering (documentatie, referenties, audits) te valideren en waar nodig aan te vullen of corrigeren.
