The general objective of a market consultation is to gain insight into the types of solutions that market parties can offer in response to PoR’s needs. This market consultation is non-binding and aims to: • Gain insight into feasible solution directions; • Gain insight into potential providers of solutions; • Compare (indicative) cost structures; Based on the insights obtained, PoR will determine the next steps, which may include selecting promising options, refining the problem definition, and/or initiating a tender procedure. The decision whether and how PoR proceeds lies entirely with PoR. Participation in the market consultation does not grant any rights in subsequent phases
