Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist das Upgrade eines bestehenden 200 mm Wolfram Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)-Systems des Herstellers Applied Materials Inc. (AMAT) auf eine WxZ Sprint Konfiguration.
