Housing Adaptation Grant for People with a Disability 3. Mobility Aids Grant To meet the changes to new housing grant schemes and applicant needs, Kilkenny County Council reserves the right to include new Schemes to be covered by Occupational Therapist Services (if required) over the lifetime of this Occupational Therapist panel.
