Elia and TenneT, the high-voltage transmission system operators of Belgium and the Netherlands respectively, are seeking a supplier for the design, manufacture, and delivery of static offshore cable baskets. These baskets will be stored onshore and used for the storage of offshore power cables. This is a joint tender procedure conducted by Elia and TenneT.
