Pour chaque lot, l'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale qui court à compter du 1er juin 2026 (ou à la date de notification de l'accord-cadre si celle-ci est postérieure au 1er juin 2026) jusqu'au 31 mai 2027 inclus. Il pourra être reconduit au maximum 3 fois, par périodes successives d'un an (la durée maximale, reconductions incluses, ne pouvant excéder le 31 mai 2030 inclus). Les travaux seront exécutés sur le territoire du Département de la Creuse. Chaque bon de commande précisera le lieu d'exécution des travaux. Pour chaque lot, pour chaque chantier, le délai plafond d'exécution des bons de commande est fixé à 90 jours par l'Acheteur, sauf stipulation particulière mentionnée dans le bon de commande. Le candidat ne peut en aucun cas dépasser le délai plafond fixé. Le titulaire devra se conformer au planning général initial d'exécution des travaux, aux plannings généraux complémentaires des travaux et le cas échéant, aux plannings d'exécution hebdomadaires
