European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM) operates a fleet of vehicles in Georgia. The vehicles are powered with diesel and petrol engines. Additionally, EUMM uses diesel to fuel the power generators. There is a need to have an unhindered supply of fuel through a supplier which is in possession of well-developed fuel distribution network in the whole territory of Georgia, besides locations indicated in the Technical Specifications. The supplier should be able to supply fuel to the applicable quality standards and provide an electronic fuel distribution system with the minimum features as indicated in the Technical Specifications. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) may be required too if LPG fueled vehicles will be introduced to EUMM fleet in future.
