The Norwegian Environment Agency shall enter into a framework agreement with é n provider who can see to the organisation ́s total need for the procurement, administration and administration of Microsoft licences and subscriptions. The objective of the procurement is to ensure cost effective, flexible and future orientated access to software, cloud services, licence management and accompanying consulting services. The framework agreement shall cover the delivery and management of Microsoft's licence and contract programs, including the Enterprise Agreement (EA), the Cloud Solution Program (CSP), Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE) and any subsequent or equivalent forms of agreement. The agreement shall also provide access to the purchase of standard software licences (off the shelf) from Microsoft and other relevant software suppliers. The contract ́s value is estimated to NOK 55 million. The maximum value of the agreement is NOK 65 million. Contracting Authorities The Norwegian Environment Agency, the Arts Data Bank, the Norwegian Cultural Memorial Fund, the Norwegian Polar Institute and the Directorate of Cultural Heritage are all contracting authorities for this contract. The Norwegian Environment Agency is responsible for implementing the tender competition and following up the contract and is the contract owner and will act on behalf of the other agencies in following up the contract.
