The Automated Staining Platform will be used for analysis of expression of specific proteins, mRNA and microRNA signatures in fixed cells and tissues. A fully automated research platform for single and multiplex IHC and immunofluorescence, chromogenic and fluorescence ISH (DNA, mRNA, microRNA) and RNAscope applications is required. The system must be capable of supporting pre-staining steps (e.g. de-waxing, antigen retrieval) and support running a combination of applications simultaneously. The system must also include all necessary ancillary devices such as a PC or laptop with software, a label printer, as well as delivery, installation, commissioning and in-person training for researchers.
