El objeto del presente pliego es la contratación de los servicios de ejecución de adecuaciones de viviendas, elementos y zonas comunes de edificios residenciales en régimen de arrendamiento pertenecientes al Parque Público Residencial titularidad de la Agencia de Vivienda y Rehabilitación de Andalucía (AVRA) en la provincia de Sevilla. El contrato abarcará, de forma no limitativa, las siguientes actuaciones: Adecuaciones integrales de viviendas recuperadas para su puesta en servicio y posterior adjudicación. Intervenciones en zonas y elementos comunes de edificios plurifamiliares: cubiertas, fachadas, ascensores (coordinando con mantenedores homologados), escaleras, patios, vestíbulos, instalaciones comunes (fontanería, electricidad, ventilación), y otros elementos estructurales o funcionales.
