Description

This tender aims to procure nine electric-drive refuse collection vehicles with low-floor cabs, along with the corresponding superstructures and a crane for emptying underground containers. The vehicles will be used for refuse collection, paper and cardboard collection, as well as the collection of organic and green waste. Furthermore, they must be suitable for bag collection and the emptying of both containers and underground containers. The contracting authority notes that the financing for the overall project is not yet definitively secured at the time of this tender. The award of the contract is subject to the explicit condition that the funds are provided completely and in a timely manner, or that the credit is approved (decision by the assembly of delegates). Should the financing fail to materialize, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure in whole or in part. In this case, any claims for damages by bidders, particularly regarding the costs incurred for preparing the bid, are excluded.
