The implementation of the cantonal data strategy provides for the cantonal administration to introduce a metadata catalogue. This will systematise and streamline the handling of structured data within the administration, and enhance data-related efficiency, security and transparency. With the help of the catalogue, important administrative data will be described in a standardised manner, made easily searchable and prepared for reuse and – where legally permissible – for publication as open administrative data. This tender covers the procurement of: the cantonal metadata catalogue itself, the necessary implementation services and subsequent operation, including support. The tender comprises three service groups: the system (licence for the metadata catalogue) and ongoing operation with support, as well as one-off services for commissioning. Commissioning will take place using an agile approach with iterative implementation steps. Once the contract has been awarded, the project contract will be signed; following successful final acceptance of the entire system, a licence and maintenance contract with a term of 5 years will be signed.
