The Housing Agency requires the design and delivery of two tailored staff development programmes. 1. Future Leaders Programme – targeted at junior staff at clerical grades Assistant Staff Officer (Grade 4) and Staff Officer (Grade 5). 2. Management Development Programme – targeted at Senior Staff Officers (Grade 6), a middle-management role within the Housing Agency. The overarching aim is to strengthen the competencies of staff across Grades 4, 5, and 6, thereby enhancing both individual career progression and organisational capability.
