Predmetom čiastkových zákaziek zadávaných v zriadenom dynamickom nákupnom systéme bude obstarávanie reklamných predmetov a propagačných materiálov ako napríklad: perá, ceruzky, bloky, diáre, kľúčenky atď. Cieľom zriadenia DNS a zadávania čiastkových zákaziek v DNS je umožniť verejnému obstarávateľovi flexibilné zadávanie zákaziek v súlade so zákonom o verejnom obstarávaní podľa svojich reálnych potrieb, t. j. v čase a rozsahu, ktorý mu je známy.
