ECMWF, as the Entrusted Entity for the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS), invites tenders for provision of Development and provision of observation-based hot-spot emissions of CH4, NO2, and CO2 from existing satellites and the first CO2M mission. These services are for extending the monitoring of large point sources and hotspot emissions in CAMS to also include nitrogen oxides (NOx) and carbon dioxide (CO2) and prepare for the uptake of CO2M observations for CH4.
