The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of a uniform and individually adapted residential and welfare initiative. The initiative shall include suitable housing, manpower, professional follow-up, management, stand-by and interaction with the municipality and relevant cooperation partners. The measure shall contribute to a stable and reliable housing and welfare situation, prevent crises, strengthen mastery and independence, as well as safeguard users and employees. The delivery includes fully furnished and suitable housing that is approved for the purpose and safeguards HSE and necessary security measures, as well as individually adapted follow-up, practical assistance, activity offers and coordination. See the requirement specifications for a comprehensive description of the delivery. A more anonymous description of the user's function level, assistance need, risk conditions and requirements for the content of the service are given in a separate, restricted information note. Information subject to client confidentiality will only be made available to the degree it is necessary to prepare the tender. The information note will be made available in Mercell when the contracting authority has received a confidentiality statement from the tenderer.
