The procurement can include all addresses and facilities connected to residences and stretches of road that the contracting authority manages or operates, with the exception of operating places and residences that the contracting authority rents out. The procurement also includes access to a web based reporting system. The aim is to give the contracting authority a reporting function that provides an overview of the contracting authority ́s electricity consumption and costs at all times.
