Stavanger municipality needs software that can function as a back system for charging various service vehicles in Stavanger municipality. Stavanger municipality will, in the near future, after the contract has been signed, connect cars that shall have home charging to the system. Later, more chargers will follow. The employees in question and the municipality shall have a good framework around charging, in a way that ensures employees refunds for expenses they have incurred for charging service cars, at the same time that both employees and the municipality are secured information about the charging that has taken place. Later chargers can be placed at home, on municipal property or connected to other areas at the municipality's disposal. The system must and must be able to facilitate public payments to chargers that are made available to residents. The procurement of the actual charging system and installation is procured through the municipality ́s existing framework agreements. Stavanger municipality intends to enter into a SSA-L system, and this would be what regulates the above obligations between the parties.
