The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for a turnkey contract for asphalt and asphalt services. The framework agreement shall cover a broad spectrum of products and services related to asphalting. The framework agreement includes, but is not limited to: - New asphalting. - Asphalt repairs -Lapping - Asphalt products - Asphalt paste - Asphalt milling Speed bumps - Hand laying - Machine laying. Traffic Management In the event of call-offs against the contract, the contractor shall, as a main rule, be responsible for, and mostly contribute to, find good solutions for the requested assignments. This shall not prevent call-offs on the contract where the Contracting Authority risks engineering design services itself, and the Contracting Authority's designer will be responsible for this.
