This proposal outlines the use of a late‑night community pharmacy, located within 1–2 km of St James’s Hospital, to deliver a specialist, discreet and accessible dispensing and support service for men prescribed penile rehabilitation therapies as part of their prostate cancer survivorship pathway. The service will operate in close collaboration with St James’s Hospital Urology, Oncology and Survivorship teams to ensure safe prescribing, continuity of care and clear escalation pathways.
