De scope betreft dienstverlening omtrent hospitality- en beveiligingsdiensten op de door HFM beheerde, bemenste ProRail kantoorlocaties zoals omschreven in de bij het aanbestedingsdossier gevoegde locatielijst. Het betreft een heraanbesteding. De overeenkomst kent een initiële looptijd van twee (2) jaar met twee (2) keer de optie tot verlenging van één (1) jaar. De maximale looptijd komt uit op 4 jaar.
