Die Machbarkeit sowie der vorlaufende Entwicklungsprozess zu ETCSL2oS soll in einer Innovationskooperation zw. Projekt, DB Netz und dem Systemhersteller realisiert werden. Dieser muss zw. den verschiedenen Beteiligten koordiniert und gesteuert werden.
