Description

Time municipality shall expand Kvernaland welfare centre with 27 new places. The places shall be organised as book collectives, divided in three departments. Each department consists of nine bed rooms connected to a common living room. The extension shall be adapted to the user group, which primarily consists of elderly persons with dementia, and emphasis will be put on a homely design, good accessibility and robust solutions. The tenders will be published as joint contracts, this tender documentation is for timber. The total area of use (BRA) for the expansion is 2,156 m². A closed sensory garden will form a closed sensory garden with an outer wall in the existing sheltered care centre. In addition: A joint shed with superstructure bicycle parking (BRA: 129 m²) Expansion of the technical building (approx. 15 m²) HVAC installations, An outdoor facility with expanded parking for both bicycles and car Development of a sensory garden and other outside areas shall be constructed.
