Tromsø municipality would like to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of ICT consultancy services. The objective is to: • Ensure the municipality access to broad and updated ICT professional competence - including artificial intelligence and new digital technologies. • Contribute to increased competition by allowing as many suppliers as possible to qualify for the scheme.
