The project aims to strengthen the territorial evidence base by operationalising and applying the ESPON HERMES methodology for a Material Cultural Heritage Satellite Account. It will test and refine the methodology in selected European territories and develop a practical and scalable framework to measure the economic contribution of MCH in a comparable and policy-relevant way.
