Kvitsøy municipality intends to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement for the procurement of groceries from Coop Prix Kvitsøy. The agreement shall cover the municipality ́s need for continuous procurements and supplementary procurements of groceries, access to physical grocery sales on Kvitsøy and weekly delivery to municipal service places. The following service locations shall have free remuneration deliveries once a week: * Kvitsøy nursery * Kvitsøy School * The Combination Centre * The municipal house The municipality ́s other entities shall also be able to make procurements through the contract. The municipality shall be given price terms that at least correspond to the prices offered to members in Coop, including relevant member prices and member coups, so far as these can be applied for the municipality ́s purchase. The agreement shall not be exclusive. Kvitsøy municipality has and shall still be able to enter into a contract with a wholesaler or institutional household and shall decide which procurement channel will be used for each procurement.
