Sandnes municipality, c/o Sandnes eiendom, hereby invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereafter called DIO) for joinery work with the accompanying materials. The scheme replaces the previous purchasing scheme. The procurement scheme shall include municipal buildings and residences at the contracting authority, including schools, nurseries, residential and activity centres, nursing and old people ́s homes, swimming and sports centres, office buildings, arts centres, municipal rental housing, health centres etc. Invitations to submit tenders under the scheme will mainly apply to minor investment and maintenance projects, based on the at any given time applicable action and financial plan, and will mainly be carried out as execution contracts or builder-developed turnkey contracts. The contractual works include all types of joinery work, including: • Facade work • Repairs and set-up of internal walls. • Damage limitation and securing buildings in the event of break-ins and vandalism. • Replacing doors and windows • Work on asbestos clearance • Wet room work • Fire protection/sealing • Alterations, additions, renovations and renovations of varying extents, including restoration of municipal residences. • Work on listed/listed buildings with an antiquarian value. • Short-term engagement for the delivery of joinery services with and without accompanying materials. • Engineering design work connected to all joinery work under this contract, to the extent that the Contracting Authority needs this The contractual works also include material deliveries, depositing demolition material and security measures for own personnel and users of the buildings, and in some cases construction site administration and progress control of the side contractor. Some call-offs can include other constructional disciplines, such as roofing, flashing and guttering work and concrete work for joinery assignments.
