The contract was awarded in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement. The estimated contract value is based on the implementation charges and annual SaaS subscription fees specified in the contract over the anticipated remaining duration of the framework to 30 June 2034. The estimate excludes VAT and does not include future inflationary or indexation adjustments that may arise in accordance with the contract provisions.
