The purpose of this procurement is to purchase a Micro X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) Spectrometer for element analysis in various materials; composition, element distribution, layer analysis; even or uneven surfaces. The instrument will mainly be used for characterisation of rare earth elements in urban mining perception and sensing applications.
