Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Finance and Management (OKF) invites tenderers to a written market dialogue. OKF shall enter into a new joint procurement agreement for food and drink for minor entities. We would like feedback from relevant tenderers for the tender documentation draft. We would like good competition on the contract and will assess all input that can contribute to this.
