Cork County Council hereby invites tender proposals from experienced housing developers for the development of new social housing schemes within the proximity of public services and amenities in the main towns throughout Cork County in accordance with the provisions of this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’). Tenderer’s proposals must relate to sites that have full planning approval in place. Cork County Council may also consider proposals for developments in the settlements outside of the main towns subject to housing demand in these settlements. All tender proposals will be subject to the approval of the Department of Housing, local government and heritage.
