It is the Contracting Authorities intention to enter into a Shortlist Agreement with Shortlist Members in a Multi-Party Shortlist for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Certification and Subsequent Operation and Maintenance of Electric Vehicle Chargers and associated infrastructure under the Department of Transport’s Regional and Local EV Charging Network Plan. This plan is being implemented by Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland (ZEVI) section of the Department of Transport and Local Authorities. Cork County Council is the lead authority for Region 6 and is managing this procurement. The supply and associated works and services for installation and commissioning will be funded through the Department of Transport – ZEVI. This is the first stage of this competitive procedure whereby any interested party may submit a response to the Request for Tender in order to be considered for inclusion on the next stage. Following evaluation, the top five (5) scoring applicants will be invited to tender at stage 2, should that number qualify. Charge Point Operators that are awarded contracts from the Shortlist will be required to enter separate contractual agreements with each Contracting Authority.
