Les calendriers et les agendas sont des supports de communication à destination des élus, des associations (agenda uniquement) et du personnel de la collectivité. Les agendas, notamment, constituent des outils de travail intégrant des informations factuelles, telles que des chiffres clés et les dispositifs d'aides départementales à destination des communes et des habitants. Les agendas et les calendriers sont diffusés au personnel, aux élus et aux associations (agenda uniquement) selon une liste de diffusion restreinte. Cet accord-cadre ne comprend pas les prestations de conception graphique pour les pages personnalisées de l’agenda et pour le visuel personnalisé du calendrier notamment.
