Het Air Mobility Command (AMC), heeft behoefte aan een raamovereenkomst voor diensten rondom de Gulf, C-130 en C- 390 voor de luchthaven Amsterdam. Deze diensten omvatten alle randzaken, zoals maar niet beperkt tot tanken, towen, douane regelen, transport van crew en passagiers, parkeren, catering, toegang verzorgen van een technische dienst, security. De looptijd van de raamovereenkomst zal 10 jaar worden, om zo voor de lange termijn deze speciale dienstverlening te borgen.
