Provision of a multi-party Integrated Design Team Framework Trinity College Dublin (“Trinity” / “TCD”) Capital Programmes Office has a need to establish an Integrated Design Team (“IDT”) Framework Panel (the “Framework” / “Panel”) to support the organisation’s capital works programme. The Framework adopts a multi-disciplinary model in which one Principal Service Provider (“PSP”) shall be nominated as Lead Consultant for each Call-Off, assuming responsibility for coordination and delivery of the Integrated Design Team. The Framework shall operate within the scope of the Capital Works Management Frameworks (“CWMF”) and National and EU procurement regulations.
