In summary, the Services required comprise: (a) Time and Attendance applications to manage the following:- (i) Flexible Working Hours arrangements (ii) Rigid work patterns (iii) Non-clocking attendance (b) Installation and configuration of clocking terminals or updating of current clocking terminals (c) Extension of the Time and Attendance system, including installation/configuration of additional terminals in other offices as and when required (d) Hardware support for Clocking terminals (e) Application support (f) Additional development if required (g) Provision of both cloud-based (DEY / DFHERIS) and ‘on premises’ (SEC) solutions.
