IKTNH is an intermunicipal company consisting of the municipalities of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Etne, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio, Tysnes, Vaksdal and Vindafjord. IKTNH shall hold a tender contest for Microsoft licences. IKTNH will preferably have these agreements through a LAR.
